General Manager (Engineering) / Deputy Program Director Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC), PAKISTAN

Qualification:

BE/ BSc in Civil engineering preferably a higher degree from a recognized university.

Work Experience/Competences:

Minimum 15 years’ post qualification experience on donor funded projects.
Ten years’ experience in similar organizations including five years’ experience in Project Management.
Knowledge of World Bank procedures will be an added advantage.
Should be a member of the PEC.

Maximum age limit is 50 Years.

Thorough knowledge of concepts and practices related to local governments and their municipal infrastructure, construction, and operation & maintenance framework and functioning in relation to her/ his discipline.
Knowledge of human and institutional development.
Knowledge of organizational structure designing.

Ability to write brief but comprehensive reports.
Ability to develop plans.
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
